The operation process of a nail making machine, such as the High-Precision Nail Forming Machine, is a well-orchestrated sequence that transforms raw materials into quality nails. It starts with selecting appropriate raw materials, typically Q195/Q235 wire rods or waste steel plate edge materials. For waste steel plate edge materials, they first go through a round rolling machine to be rolled into a round shape, ensuring they can be further processed. Then, the raw materials are fed into a wire drawing machine, which not only draws the wire to the required diameter of the finished nails but also removes rust simultaneously. This step is crucial as it lays the foundation for the subsequent nail forming. After drawing, the wire is conveyed to the nail making machine via an automatic wire feeder. These semi-finished nails are then transferred to a nail washing machine, where sawdust and paraffin are added.
